The manual covers fundamental medical components of the rehabilitation system, and provides a detailed description of the diagnostic algorithm to examine patients. We present a brief description of anatomical and physiological features in the development of healthy children’s organs and systems and diagnostic fundamentals related to perinatal lesions of the nervous system.
